The government has prepared a winter package so that the consumption of electricity could increase, which includes the tariff for both residential and commercial users. The total demand for electricity in winters remains between 8 and 10 thousand megawatts, whereas in summers, the same demand for electricity spikes up to 28,000 megawatts.
